FUTUREHACK
FUTUREHACK
FUTUREHACK connects young people from Vorarlberg directly with personalities from the region. On the good work stage, it’s not classic resumes that take center stage, but real paths with decisions, detours, and experiences.
Leaders, entrepreneurs, and employees provide insights into their development and show how diverse professional perspectives emerge. This creates first-hand orientation and a realistic picture of how the future grows.

Career starts with impact – How to become visible, recognize opportunities, and actively shape your professional path
Career starts with impact – How to become visible, recognize opportunities, and actively shape your professional path
Expertise opens doors – but often personal impact determines which opportunities arise from it.
In a working world shaped by change, digitalization, and new career paths, skills like self-presentation, communication, networking, and personal visibility become increasingly important. Those who know their strengths and can convey them convincingly not only increase their professional opportunities but also actively and confidently shape their career path.
In her inspiring keynote, former Ö3 presenter, communication trainer, and coach Elke Rock shows how people can strengthen their personal brand, appear authentically, and use their impact deliberately. Participants learn how to make a lasting impression and build trust during applications, career changes, lateral entries, or networking.
A motivating keynote for everyone who wants to take their professional future into their own hands and use their opportunities deliberately.

Functioning is not a career. How we can be successful without losing ourselves in the process.
Functioning is not a career. How we can be successful without losing ourselves in the process.
Career, responsibility, performance: Many people know how professional success works. But often the question remains what price they pay for it.
Keynote speaker and author Patrick Konzett explains why ambition and mental health are not contradictory. Based on his personal story, he tells how performance and perseverance pushed him forward for a long time until burnout forced him to rethink.
His message is not to do less, but to do it more consciously. The keynote is aimed at everyone who wants to achieve something professionally without losing sight of themselves.
Not just: Where do I want to be in five years?
But: Who do I want to be when I get there?
