On the first day of the fair, FUTUREHACK shapes the stage program of the good work fair. Instead of traditional resumes, personal life paths and formative experiences take center stage. The format is aimed at young people in Vorarlberg who are exploring education, career choices, and future prospects. Personalities from the region share their experiences and offer insights into their individual journeys. This creates a realistic picture of successful professional development.
Personalities from Vorarlberg share their journeys
Executives, entrepreneurs, and dedicated employees from companies in Vorarlberg shape the program. They talk about their career paths, important decisions, and situations that changed their course. The contributions show how careers can take very different routes and make it clear that there is no single master plan. Professional development often happens step by step. The personal insights of the speakers create closeness and make this process understandable. Young people thus receive first-hand guidance and get to know perspectives from their region.
Guidance through concrete impulses
FUTUREHACK provides impulses that can be applied to one’s own situation. Many contributions address key questions that concern young people. Passion and interest form an important foundation for career orientation. Those who know their own strengths make more conscious decisions. At the same time, perseverance and openness play a crucial role. The speakers also address relationships in the professional environment. Several speakers show how exchange and trust open up new opportunities. Networks do not arise by chance but develop over time.
“The future is in your hands,” summarizes Georg Burtscher, CEO of Russmedia and initiator of FUTUREHACK, the focus of the integrated event. This attitude shapes the entire offering for young people. The contributions encourage taking responsibility for one’s own path and making decisions actively. Personal values, interests, and goals are at the center. A successful career is no longer measured solely by positions or income. Rather, it is about finding an activity that is meaningful and fits one’s own life design.
FUTUREHACK as part of good work
With FUTUREHACK, the good work fair expands the offerings of the new job and career fair. Instead of pure information, young people experience a format that enables orientation and classification. The presentations show how diverse paths into working life can be. They support young people in developing their own ideas and consciously taking the next step. This opens up a new approach to career questions that reveals forward-looking perspectives.
